These Terms of Service govern the use of Chaplin and related websites, applications, and services operated by 3 Inventors.
By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Chaplin provides event planning and operational management tools for individuals planning weddings, parties, celebrations, and other personal events.
Users are responsible for maintaining account security, protecting credentials, activities performed under their account, and keeping profile information accurate.
You agree not to violate laws, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, abuse infrastructure, disrupt availability, impersonate others, harvest user data without consent, or circumvent billing systems.
Chaplin may connect users with planners, venues, and other specialists. Chaplin does not guarantee service quality, availability, pricing accuracy, licensing status, or event outcomes. Agreements between users and specialists are solely between those parties.
Certain features require paid subscriptions or event-based upgrades. Payments are processed through Stripe or other approved providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Unless required by law, subscription payments and partial unused periods are non-refundable. Refunds may be evaluated case-by-case. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Branding, UI designs, software, workflows, logos, documentation, and platform architecture remain the property of 3 Inventors. Users may not reverse engineer, resell access, reproduce branding, or copy proprietary functionality without written permission.
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. Users grant 3 Inventors a limited license to store, process, display, back up, and operate that content as required to provide the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 Inventors is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, lost bookings, event disruption, reputation damage, data loss, or business interruption. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user during the previous 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse infrastructure, create security risks, engage in fraud, or fail to pay subscriptions.
